SUPERVISORY TRAINING
The Associated General Contractors of America’s Supervisory Training Program (STP) is a construction-specific training curriculum developed, updated and field-tested by and for contractors. Supervisory skill—or the lack of it—directly affects every company’s bottom line. You make your money in the field, and STP can help you improve your organization’s bottom line.
AGC Florida East Coast Chapter offers STP courses online in partnership with ConstructionClasses.com.
Courses run for 10 weeks and participants may access the online training 24/7 during the 10-week period. Seminar classes last 5 weeks. Please budget five (5) hours per week to complete course work.

201S Leadership and Communication
Leadership is one of the most important skills a construction supervisor can practice, which is at the heart of this construction superintendent training course. Successful leaders continue to learn how to be good leaders. Despite what you may think, leadership can be learned.
203P Risk Management and Problem Solving
This course is one of the construction supervisor continuing education courses that focus on identifying, managing and solving risk-related construction problems.
205T Planning and Scheduling
Planning and scheduling is a primary technical skill all successful construction supervisors and project managers need to effectively engage and utilize their teams, resources, and manage the job.
206T Construction Productivity and Cost Management
Students will learn the prime objective for all supervisors in construction: completing projects on time and within budget. This online course is designed to teach the skills necessary to effectively control construction costs and time at the job site.
